Safety Compliance

PoleTrack is designed to track and manage safety code violations. It organizes and identifies safety violations in compliance with NESC (http://standards.ieee.org/nesc/) standards. PoleTrack is designed to manage prioritization and timely correction of safety violations by facilitating communication between different utilities and with regulatory agencies.

Safety compliance requires actionable, current information in order to communicate credibly and effectively with violators. Specialized reports demonstrate the nature of the violation, the remedy and associated deadline, and the penalty and repair costs. In addition, safety compliance requires the management of a corrective action cycle. Dates need to be entered for the various steps of discovery, correction, and closure.

In the event of a dispute, PoleTrack provides a credible audit trail to protect the rights and assets of the utility.
